"Previous connecting Iberia flight from Menorca to Barcelona (6PNRM3) was delayed due to fog and I therefore missed the 10:10 to London. I then had to pay an additional £279.50 for a flight at 16:20 as I was not allowed to board the 1.15pm Iberia flight to London although there were available seats! Very poor assistance at the airport."
