"The flight got delayed at the departure in Brussels not knowing the reasons first they announced a delay of 1.40 minutes, then they made us board after two hours and we remained on the plane one hour more before the actual take off. There were no beverages served for free not at the airport (they were saying we needed to have a delay of at least 2.30h which of course was not the case. In this situation the company can at least offer a drink for the passengers even if it is water!"

"I was overbooked in the way back to Brussels, I got the impression I would not have been overbooked if I would have booked through the IBERIA system directly. It was a shame..."

"What strikes me, is that there is no vegetarian option in the snacks. All 4 sandwiches have meat?? A cheese sandwich or one with vetetables should be an option in all modern air companies!"

"Aircraft: I am 175cm tall and sadly there was not enough space for me legs so I could not sit properly! I am not even tall, MANY men are much taller than me, so this was a BIG disappointment."

"CheckIn: Fklight was delayed an hour but the gate closed so as we had been delayed in traffic, we had to go to the airline's desk. They weren't going to let us check-in but called the gate who said it was okay. In Brussels there are self check-in terminals but they often don't work. In Madrid, the terminal is fabulous but there was no staff to board the plane, so we were delayed by over half an hour just boarding."

Incidents
"Incidents: Mechanical trouble forced evacuation of the entire plane after boarding in Brussels (the plane had been delayed coming into Bxl also for a mechanical problem and this was a different plane). Maintenance had gone home for the night. Fortunately, a plane was arriving from Madrid and it was okayed to turn around and return with our flight on it which prevented a complete disaster. The personnel handled the situatin well, considering how aggravated many of the passengers were."

flat water is not offered free of charge and on the beverage trolley. As you dry out this must be offered or at least immediately visible you do not have to BUY a silly drink
