"Stopovers: The stopover in Madrid, was terrible. Each time, for going and coming back, I had only 5 minutes to change the plane: one time I missed my connection flight and had to wait until the next morning to arrive at the destination; the second time my luggage didn't arrive."

"Left Geneva 1,5 hours delayed. Stewardess unable to inform me of gate no. to Alicante, and that flight was one hour delayed.
Food I chose was not good.
Impression is that Iberia is not a company for the future, but only alternative to reach Alicante that day.

"No problems with arrangements but the wait at Madrid was very long. There was an earlier flight but Iberia was extremely unhelpful and would not change the flight even though I offered to pay the surcharge. The Iberia sales and service have no clue of the meaning of service."
