"CheckIn: the inbound flight Geneva - Madrid was some 2.5 hours late. The connecting flight to palma was also delayed in Madrid and we jsut made it to the check in gate. However we were not allowed to board the flight, because - as we were told - for security reasons passenegers and luggage can not be seperated. After queing for hours to get a new boarding pass we were put onto a flight some 3.5 hours after arrival in madrid. The flight Madrid to palma was further delayed. The return flight Palma to madrid was delayed by an hour. We just made the connecting flight and this time we were allowed onto the flight, although our luggage didn't make the transfer from plane to plane. No apologies, no explanations, no consistency!"
