"Iberia airlines not reliable, delay luggage and late flights both ways making the whole journey stress. We, as a family with two small children had to travel in separate sits not together as it should be. No happy at all. Won't use it again."

"Traveling with Iberia was the worst experience I've ever had with an airline company. They canceled the flights going both there and back and left all the passengers on their own."

"Good flight, on time, clean plane and good crew"

"Surcharges comments: Although we had to pay for our food on the flight it was not so bad. Although on the way back there were no sandwiches available!! Their loss, they are the ones that loose the income, but it was breakfast time and because we thought there was food for sale we bought nothing in the airport. They could have said there was no food!!"

"Aircraft: Old rickety plane, or poorly maintained not so old plane, whichever way it wasn't pretty. The rolls for sale were foul and ridiculously expensive. Poor effort. The Joint return BA flight served food?"
