"Luggage handling: The attitude of the Iberia employee at the desk when I realise my luggage hadn't arrive. I even told him that I understood that in his position everyone goes there to make a complaint, but we are all costumers with a complaint to make and that's his job, to handle it the best way, not to make it worse.
Appart from that, when I called iberia service that continuous automated message didn't do any good either. Costumers appreciate talking to an operator, not a machine. One that speaks with good diction. Another thing was that my luggage was supposed to arrive between 13:00-15:00, and I wayted until I got a call at 18:00 saying that I should receive my luggage from 21:00-23:00. It came at 23:20, but the delivery man was extremely polite and joyfull which made it all up to the rest of the day. It does pay being nice after all."
