"Aircraft: the flight was fine, except for the fact that our luggage went missing from
madrid to barcelona.the airport took care of our report immediately, but the
missing luggage was only sent to our hotel 4 days after we arrived in
barcelona. if the luggage management could be done more carefully, im sure
our experience would be of a better one. but in all, the iberia flight was
fine, and the cabin crews were helpful too considering i was travelling with
a baby.

"Children: it is better to get hildren seat for babies, instead of buying the infant ticket.i used the baby carrier for the baby on our way back from barcelona and he was fine with it. the cabin crew told me to use the baby seat belt on the flight to barcelona, and the baby was screaming his lung out considering how uncomfortable it was for him."

"generaly everything was good, except from the service in check in, the check in machine didnt give us seat and the personel told us that maybe there is overbooking, while the plane was empty. the staff into the plane was very polite and everything was in time, but there was not anything free during the flight. also the handling in barcelona was problematic, while the lagguages were far away from the exits and we took them from another terminal than we had to"

"The queues were huge for check in and we had to rush but the staff member we asked did nothing to help us. She was rude and indifferent to helping us. Thankfully another member of staff recommending self check in which we did and seeing how rushed we were another brought us to business check in for dropping off our bags. When we made it to Barcelona however my friends bag wasn't there, it got lost on a short haul flight which is ridiculous."

"CheckIn: The queues were terrible and because we were in a rush we asked a staff member if there was a desk for closing flights. She told us no and so we asked if we could be moved to a shorter queue/bumped up the queue to check in or we would miss our flight. She told us we would have to ask the other passengers ourselves to let us pass them which is a horrible rude thing to suggest since staff should help passengers in a rush using their professional position. Thankfully a nicer staff member recommended self check in which we were not aware of and another lady helped us drop our bags to business check in which was quiet. I think staff need to be more compassionate to stressed travellers and especially tourists who are not familiar with foreign airports and may need further information i.e. on the self check in facilities."

"Luggage handling: My friends bag was left behind in Madrid after we flew short haul to Barcelona. This was a very stressful thing to happen and affected what should have been an exciting arrival to a beautiful city. The staff who dealt with the missing bag had a very laxidasical attitude. My bag disappeared on a return flight with Iberia at a later date too, so have been left with a terribly negative impression of the airline."
