"Surcharges comments: i would have not fly Iberia if I would know that by going for ski vacation i would need to pay extra 120? since i had also my ski equipment. i find it normal to use one suidcase and ski's without paying extra money."

"CheckIn: the ground stewerdess gave my husband and i seperated sit's. we managed to switch them in the airplan with a family with one child who got only 2 sit for themselves (which was also strenge 3 people with only 2 sits). 2. I had to pay extra money."
