"My check-in luggage was damaged.The liquid I stored in the luggage was broken.My hairpin was broken.
I forgot to take my laptop with me by the time I got off.Although they sent it to me very soon but a key of my laptop was damaged as well.

"Incidents: Incident on plane before take off at Barcelona. Airport dealt with it very well, had to fly to Madrid then to Nice. Plane from Madrid ti Nice with 1 not very happy stewardess who disappeared most of flight and gave us a drink in a hurry 20 minutes before had to land."
