"Incidents: Our flight was cancelled, what we got to know four hours after the estimated departure time. Only few of the passengers got informed of the cause of the cancellation. We asked several times to the company for detailed information and they finally told us we were going to take another plane the next day at eight o'clock. After having slept in a hotel (paid by the company) the brought us the Marrakech airport, had us waiting for 45 minutes there without new information about our flight. They finally brought us to Casablanca by minibus (at 6 o'clok in the morning), where we were supposed to take another plane flying to Barcelona at 9.15. When we arrived, though, the company's staff couldn't manage to let us check in (due to an apparently bad knowledge of the company's informatic system) and the flight left without us. We finally were put into a plane that was flying at 17.45. Again delayed, 45 minutes after the estimated departure time the plane took off. 26 hours of delay!!!"
