"It was a good flight, punctual and reasonably comfortable (seats perhaps too near each other. Personnel very corteous."

"CheckIn: There was a broblem with luggage. We had asked our suitcase to be delivered at Ibiza, but it remained stuck in Barcelone. Air Europa declined any responsibility in that respect. The suitcas arrived at our hoteltwo days after."
