"Incidents: I DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM, THEY DON'T HELP ME TO CHECK IN MY LUGGAGE AND THEY ASK ME EXTRA MONEY BECOUSE MY TICKET WAS ECONOMY CLASS. MY BAG WAS ONLY 9 KG. WHEN I START FROM LONDON THERE WAS NOT PROBLEM, BUT IN FLORENCE AIRPORT THEY EXPLENE ME THAT I CAN'T TAKE THE LUGGAGE ON BOARD, THE ONLY WAY WAS TO TAKE IT WITH ME. I REALLY DO NOT UNDRESTAND WHAT WAS THE DIFFERENTS BETWEEN."
