"CheckIn: There was no announcement or apology about the long delay before boarding - about 90 minutes and no staff around for much of that time. I understand that problems happen, but this was extremely poor customer service - just no communication. When eventually we got on the bus it was ages before it left for the aircraft. Then for some reason everyone swarmed for the front entrance of the aircraft and there were no staff to give directions- the rear entrance was also open but very few people used it - so boarding the aircraft was slow."
