"After long ,very neglectly treated day, flight cancelled without being informed. Got no assistance from any of Wind Jet team. My 4 kids and husband and myself were very upset. We did not even get offered a drink or food. We were too late for our bus, as arrived in Catania 01.00 hrs approx 26th. We then had to pay 120 Euro for a taxi, to arrive our accommodation in Sircusa around 3.30hrs. Then also one of our suitcases was damaged and when we opened the tape around it in our Hotel, we discovered our camera was missing. We are very upset about the sentimental lose of photos on that digital camera. We our Hotel manager rang Wind Jet she got no help from them"

"Children: AS stated above, we were left all day, without any help or support. We were at airport 10.50 for 12.55 flight that was canceled, without informing us. We did not fly until 23.50hrs approx. Our kids were very upset, exhausted and it will remain with them for future flights."

"Luggage handling: As stated above, one of our suitcases was damaged. There was no note stuck on to case advising us where to go or what to do if a problem. We were rushing to try get to our hotel in Sircusa. We had 4 very tired children, no bus or train available at that hour. To discover when opened our case our digital camera missing, our clothes tossed about, we were very upset. The Manager rang the airline first thing that morning, for us, as she understood and speaks English and obviously Italian. But to no avail we got no positive outcome."

"Luggage handling: See 8 below also. We booked through yourselves and paid 12 euros to put 2 bags in the hold. You never paid this money to Wind Jet so we had to pay 20 euros at another desk, causing embarrassment and stress after waiting nearly an hour to reach check in desk. So technically you stole 12 euros from us and cost us another 20 euros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Incidents: See 7 above. We paid you over 30 euros commission which is fine, but also 12 euros for baggage which never reached Wind Jet so they made us pay 20 euros for putting 2 bags in the hold. I would like my 12 euros and additional 20 euros back from yourselves please for the inconvenience & stress you caused."
