"aeroplane was great...was allocated a good seat with plenty of leg room(i am almost 2 metres tall)comfortable plane albeit quite cold"

"CheckIn: well i was asked did i have 3 bags i said i did ,but the girl behind the desk did not tell me i would have to pay in full by weight for the 3rd bag...and as a result when my first 2 bags had gone through she then decided to tell me that i would be charged for the 3rd which as it conviently happened was by far my heaviest bag...so i had to pay in full 240reais for the 20.1kg that i had for my 3rd bag"

"Luggage handling: was not told i would be charged for my 3rd bag and as a result i had to fork out 240 reais...if i had been told i would have put my heavy bag on first as it was within the 20 kg limit....also a ornament (not particularly fragile) was badly broken due to man handling or someone stepping on it"
