"TAM definitely has to work out special procedures and training of its staff when it comes to delays, making announcements, sharing information and being proactive and efficient!!! It was one of the worst passengers handling I have ever experienced in a long time! (The other one was Easyjet in Rome!!!!)"

"CheckIn: Check-in was very good, but the rest was a totally different nightmare! There was a 4 hours delay and NO INFORMATION or ANNOUNCEMENTS were given to the passengers waiting... This is completely a lack of professionalism and we recommend that you take consideration of the passengers review on this particular flight GIG-Iguassu, to improve your image and quality."
