"My luggage went missing for 36hours on a direct flight from London to Rio de Janeiro. The seats were very uncomfortable with not enough space for feet and sleeping for such a long flight, the entertainment programme didn't work properly (no English on the way there and very bad sound on the way back). My food tray was broken and and I had to keep the food on my knees and hold on to my drink with one hand while eating."
