"There was a delay of about 40 mubutes and we had to take a bus to get to the airport in Barcelona!!! There was no finger"

"Aircraft: Hice la reserva de asiento para poder estar mas comodo, y en linea pasillo de emergencia, sobre el plano Facilitado por la compañia al avion y al entrar me encuento que la fila 15 asiento D, está situado en la fila anterior a de la emergencia y La Butaca D es la central, ni pasillo ni Ventanilla. Les agradeceria que rotulasen Todos los aviones con el mismo criterio ya que en este época AB CDE, Cuando Regularmente Suele ser AC DEF (como indicaban en su plano)"

"CheckIn: We arrivied 9:05 and on the monitors was still showing check in at desk 501 to 514. The attendant refused to check us in for this flight, he did it for the next one in 3:30 hours and he gave us to worst seats ever - on the last row by the engines although front seats requested. We realised that when we got on the plane otherwise would complained immideately."
