"Once we made it through the security check, there was no information given on the boarding time. The one screen transitioned from something indicating we were going to be boarding, then boarding with assistance, then general boarding, then gate closing soon. All this time passing with no announcements whatsoever. Very bizarre. Finally at the time the plane was supposed to be in the air, the first announcement that they will start boarding those requiring assistance in about 10 minutes.
This was a horrible lack of communication making everyone nervous about missing their plane. And so easy to fix, but the staff did nothing."

"CheckIn: After travelling through Africa and Europe, I was surprised on check-in that the baggage limit was only 20kg. This was the lowest of any flight that I had taken (all others were 35kg total).
The check-in staff had no idea about what to do and there ended up being 3 people, with one checking a manual, trying to figure out what to do."
