"Incidents: After I realized my luggage was lost, I endured anxiety, time wastage and bad mood, all the way back to Brunei. Two days after I returned home, they located and sent my luggage back to me. As it's clearly an error by the carrier, I wish to seek for a compensation and sincerely hope the airline will volunteerily offer me something to sooth the bad feelings and memories that had put a dark spot on my holiday and my impression of KLM. Thank you!"
