"Both flight there and back were very satisfactory,. I used on line check in for both flights, this provided a choice of seats. For the outward trip I chose a seat with extra leg room, however I was not told I would loose floor level space for baggage (no chair in front....) also the KLM flight attendant had no idea that I had to comit to help in an emergency (this was made clear on the return with Delta."

"CheckIn: AMS goodl. Kerbside check in at LAX, no formal charge but it was made clear by an airport worker with a uniform that the option was to go inside and wait, I had already waited 20min. I was told an (unspecified) tip was necessary I had 4 days earlier, and didn't want to carry my bags. I gave $4. I could have taken a trolley for $3 which would have been just as good but my brain was not that sharp!"

"I was very disappointed to book with KLM bud fly with Delta. Poor Service, very bad seats. At the flight Minneapolis - Amsterdam I had something like a black box under the seat in front of my, so there wasn't any place to put my feet. The seat could not move for or backward."

"Stopovers: for some reason I had this very long stopover in Minneapolis. There was another flight going to Amsterdam a couple of hours before the flight I was put on, which I could have get easily."

"Luggage handling: The security in L.A. massed up my whole suitcase. Nothing was on Its place anymore and the personal belongings I had put in separate little bags, like jewelry where over the whole place. My new suitcase had very bad and deep scratches at the outside. At Schiphol it was not clear from which place I could get my luggage."
