"Luggage handling: I had a 4.5hour wait in AMS for my connecting flight to LBA - plenty of time for my luggage to be transferred from my earlier flight (GUW-AMS). Luggage arrived at LBA at 9.00pm. I had to collect personally from the airport the following morning because Servisair could not get it to my airport hotel (less than 5mins away) before 10am. Very disappointed with Servisair. They could have got my luggage to my hotel the night before (or by 9am the following morning)if they were truly customer oriented. They phoned my Mum at my UK address and she also got the distinct impression that they wanted to avoid sending it to my home address (2hrs away) when they knew I was staying locally to the airport. However, as stated above, they were unwilling to put themselves out to get my luggage to me. They were not incompetent they just were not especially helpful. It seemed to me that they were more concerned about inconvenience to themselves rather than to the customer."
