"CheckIn: The "Fastrack" through security was unmanned, so I had to fetch an irritated member of airport staff to let me through. The "Fastrack" escalator was out-of-order. The woman in charge of the VIP Lounge refused to let me enter with my Flying Blue Gold Card (it was printed off from the KLM website, following KLM instructions, since KLM has taken weeks to send me a real card), until I had argued strongly with her. Training required. Although Liverpool Airport offers a number of "extras" to KLM passengers, not all its staff support those extras nor bo they all appear to have been trained in KLM's requirements. It makes for irritations in what is fundamentally a good regional airport."
