"For local flights within KLM is in competition with low cost airlines like Easyjet, BMI, FlyBee which offer much flexibility in terms of timing of outbound and incoming flights (you can return same day without having to pay extra) But with KLM, if you want to return same day or next day, you have to pay double price. After paying this price if you compare facilities on board then you think is this price gap justified? They can not even offer you a sandwitch (while other low cost airliens ask you to pay for it, KLM is no different when they don't offer it). Sometimes in Munich I come across KLM staff who can not even properly communicate in English( I remember one particular incident when the lady at the boarding gate could not make an annoucemnet in English).
