"CheckIn: only 1 item - suitcae. if you have 2 small , you have to pay . they are crazy . . 50 euro for the 2nd. klm come us out of our minds. too bad i wont choose klm again ."

"CheckIn: Have more possible staff available at the "helpcounter". I was waiting almost for 1 hour in a queline to pay for my dog that traveled with me in the cabin. Almost missed my flight and had no time for taxfree and a crapstart of my trip!"
