"Stopovers: I think that KLM flight is the best; I wish from now on to be your customer for ever. But the stop over in Amstadam is a bit of a problem. Going out of europe was ok. But the second stop over was a very incovenient. The police in amstadam demande a recheck of our european residence card. At the end they dont find any problem with them and are allowed to go. But it a lot of time . I missed my KLM flight from Amstadam to paris as a result of this. They gave me aif france and I arrived late here in paris late. Besides, my luggage did not arrive with me . At the time of writting this , I had not had my luggage . I undertand it wille arrive in paris this moring."
