"Luggage handling: My luggage was lost and I did not receive it again until the day I left Amsterdam to return to Rome - it ruined my weekend. KLM should investigate the luggage procedures at FCO because my bag was not even labelled. I have flown out of FCO 4 times this year so far, and my bags have been lost twice. I have no confidence in luggage handling anymore and would advise passengers to travel with cabin baggage only, where possible."
