"In a mild snowy day there were as many problems as in a snow storm day. My flight was very late and I didn't miss my transfer flight from Amsterdam to Lisbon only because I arrived in a gate that was very close to my boarding gate. When I arrived to Amsterdam I had only 20 minutes until my transfer flight's departure. It was a very stressful flight. A lot of people missed their transfer flight. I was lucky to get mine."

"CheckIn: I arrived very early to my boarding gate and waited for it's opening. When the opening time came nothing happened. I was not informed that the boarding gate had changed or the reason why that happened. I was not told which was the new boarding gate and that my flight was late. And then I had to wait a long time and it was a mess."
