"My flight Madrid Amsterdam, that was supossed to depart at 7:50, finally it was at 5:50. It was advised in advance, but anyway I had to wake up at 3:30, take a taxi (instead of public transport, what I usually do) that costed 35 euros... In the flight my suitcase zip was broken and I lost some things that a needed for my job"
