"reason of this rating: 3 flights from Schiphol to Norwich were canceled due to fog in Norwich. At the end we had to stay in an airporthotel and had to fly via Heathtrow. I would like to praise KLM for their service. Beside the hotel they gave us also some vouchers for meals, phone and reduction on a next flight."
