"Incidents: Due to a snowstorm in Warsaw on 14.03.2010 we couldn't land and landed in Gdansk. In Gdansk we picked up our luggage and waited for instructions. Nobody from the airport came to us; nobody gave feedback re. the next step. A bus picked up some passengers around 2:30 in the morning; we couldn't find out if the bus was going to a hotel or to Warsaw; nobody was asked if they were really from the KLM flight. The bus was old, uncomfortable, the driver was alone. At 3:00 in the morning, we left the airport in Gdansk and it became clear that we were going to Warsaw. We didn't have drinks, food, no toilet on the bus, ... At 10:00 am we arrived at Warsaw airport. I believe the airport of Gdansk did a very poor job in handling the passengers; poor communication, poor conditions. Hopefully, next time the airport will have learned that they should talk to people and not handle them as if they were just objects."
