"CheckIn: The system of the Schipol airport failed so the check in was manual. I had done the check in online so my line was shorter. The lady at the counter let a couple WITHOUTthe check in online to take the shorter line since thay had been waiting in her line and were in her counter... Not fair to the customers who had CHECKED IN ONLINE FOR A REASON."

"Aircraft: no personal screens. dreadful movies, dreadful service. The food is served just at departing and just at arriving. This should be different. Both planes unpunctual."

"Luggage handling: They lost my luggage on my holiday for 5 days. They would never contact me even though they said they would. I had to call every day. My fight was amsterdam lima and my bag wa sin san salvador. I got no compensation what so ever.
On my return, they broke a brand new suitcase. It can not roll now. And I am supposed to contact Iberia and do a lot of things like filling reports, instead of the airline to take care of the incident.

"Incidents: Apart that the whole overall experience of flying with Iberia was dreadful.. when I was checking in for my flight Lima - Amsterdam, I couldnīt check in online, afterwards, when Iīm in the counter, the lady says I am not registered in the flight!!!! And she said: this is because you were NO SHOW in your flight madrid - lima... ????????? Why wouldnīt she have the correct information, specially if they even lost my luggage for days and they did have the correct information... well, the lady had to go talk to other people, and made me wait really long at the counter. She just came with no explanations with 2 printed boarding passes (she of course chose my seat of preference) and she just said: put your luggage on the weight. (WITH NO FURTHER EXPLANATION OR APOLOGEE FOR THE TIME WAITED).
The flight madrid amsterdam, was obviuously delayed as all of the others,.
