"CheckIn: Queue before boarding was more than one hour and poorly organised. Really unacceptable for a large Airline, especially as there was nobody to listen nor give information. Indeed when our flight normal boarding time was reached we were extracted from the queue and taken to an extra line with special service.
Also the business and First desks were not busy at all. But there was no proposal to take people from the normal queue to expedite the process."
