"Our outward flight was cancelled, eventually we had an option to take flight via Duseldorf, the lay on the counter at Heathrow (Helen Collins) was exceptionally helpful. Her colleagues left a lot to be desired, misinformaton and rumour was rife, which could easily been avoided by someone like Miss Collins telling the whole story early on."
