"CheckIn: As my wife require assistance we reported at the nearest site in Terminal 1, Heathrow Airport.
Here we had some difficulties to get the necessary assistance as the officer was of the opinion that we should walk ourselves th the Lufthansa counter (app. 300 meters), which would be completely impossible for my wife (she can walk about 10 - 15 meters)
