"Even though I missed my connecting flight from Milan to Warsaw (due to the disruptions at the Heathrow airport) in general it was okay , but this is probably only thanks to the second flight (Milan - Warsaw). The first flight (London-Milan) was very bad - lots of problems, delays, bad information, huge queues, and unpleasant staff (not every one though)."

"Stopovers: The stopover in Milan (Malpensa) was bad when it comes to the staff/information desk available there - it took very long to find Lufthansa desk as the staff at Malpensa airport hardly speak any other language than Italian (we had to find Lufthansa information as due to the delay at Heathrow, we missed our connecting flight to Warsaw)"

"Luggage handling: huge queue (but this was caused by the situation at the Heathrow rather than by any other condition), some part of the staff very slow, but i was lucky and once i got to the dropp-off desk it was very quick (Polish guy who was sitting there was more effective than all the other ones together)"

"Incidents: It was very bad after we arrived in Malpensa airport (the staff at the airport was rude and most of them speak very poor English, there was no one from Lufthansa waiting for us to tell us what we should do next), but once I got to the Lufthansa desk (after more less an hour) everything was okay - they provided us with a place in a hotel with dinner there and transport from/to the airport without any problems. Filght was rescheduled for the next day early in the morning so the difference in arrival time wasn't very big. The hotel was of a very good quality and the flight to Warsaw was great - staff on the board was really nice, food tasty and we arrived in Warsaw even earlier than it was planned (so far this particular flight has been probably the best one in my life)"
