"Great staff, very efficient, helpful and friendly. Flight was delayed and the staff change my flight for next day as I had lost my connection from Frankfurt to Ljubljana.

"If you change the terminal of arrivals and departures, you should inform your clients about it! I arrived on different terminal as it was said and I departured from different terminal as it was stated on my ticket. Therefore I had a lot of problems with logistics, not to mention that I almost missed my flight, because i had to change from T2 to T1 (bcn) and I was not informed about it!"
