"Delayed twice (day 1 and day 2) without adequate information on delays, gates, access to vouchers and a 4.5 hr. line up on concrete to get new flight after 1st cancelled."

"CheckIn: Second flight, second day our BMI replacement flight took off at our announced tim, after an earlier scheduled flight. At that gate there was no information about our gate, our take off time and a very rude gate attendant who was unsympathetic about our need for information."
