"Flying via FRA, rather than direct VCE-AMS reduced the fare by half, but the suggested transfer times proved unrealistic, and we had to be rebooked on to a much later flight at FRA on the return journey"

"Aircraft: All economy class seats lack space! Most passengers on this occasion had not much cabin baggage, which was good."

"Stopovers: Because of delay AMS-FRA, we missed our connection and had to be rebooked and wait 5 hours for our next flight FRA-VCE. The rebooking was done efficiently, but the wait at FRA was not pleasant, and meant a very late arrival (after 23:00) at VCE."

"Luggage handling: There were long waits at AMS going and VCE returning. AMS is an enormous airport, so a delay is understandable, but VCE is small, and there were very few flights arriving, which makes it harder to understand the delay in delivery."
