"all was great except that in your booking confirmation to me you wrote "you must confirm your electronic ticket". I had no information as to how I had to confirm my ticket, and no access to a telephone. It would have been better to have had clear directives eg " confirm your electronic ticket at the airport/ by phone to the airline/ email to the airline". As it was, I spent my last day in Venice trying tofind a phone number for Lufthansa, anxious that my ticket needed validation."
