"We were very disappointed that thew flight times, Krakow to Warsaw to London were changed from midday to the early hours of the morning. This meant we had half a day less at our holiday destination. We had to get up at 3.00am and were not able to take full advantage of the hotel we had booked and paid for, for the night."
