"Incidents: On trip back HH-GVA, missed connection in ZH, all shopd closed at 20h30, got locked in Terminal, very RUDE Swiss-Germans at counter (the lady from SWISS said "wenn es Ihnen nicht gefällt, dann sollten Sie beim nächsten Mal bei einer anderen Fluggesellschaft buchen" - CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS???? And no "coupons" for a meal in the airport... very, VERY unpleasant welcoming in ZH by SWISS staff at gate A74."
