"The flight was delayed by 1 1/2 hours on the way out and then on the return was 2 hrs delayed which meant that I could not get my connection from Zurich back to London. The people at the transfer desk were extremely rude and unhelpful and sent us to a hotel for the night that was 100 km away. The refused to put me on a flight until Midday the next day which meant I missed all the important business meetimngs I had that day and lost a lot of money in business deals. I though it was disgusting that they had the cheek to charge for meals and drinks etc at the hotel when they had already inconvenienced us so much"

"Incidents: The staff were extremely rude and helpful and it cost me a lot of extra money in meals and necessitie because they made us stay in a hotel 100 km away from the airport. There was absolutely no apologies made and it was very important I arrived back on the 15th as I had very important meetings the next day which is the main reason I chose to travel with a scheduled airline. Never again."
