"Flight wa s cancelled. I was only informed via the check in desk after waiting in line for half an hour. No notice was on the departures board."

"Luggage handling: My luggage was missing and I had to collect it from lost and found. This resulted in wasting more time.
Due to the whole fiasco of cancelled and late flights and lost luggage I was extemely late for my meeting in Zurich arriving 2.5hours later than originally booked.
