"The flight delays made my other connecting flights delayed as well, but luckily my travel plan go along unscathed"

"Stopovers: I had to transit at Zurich. The snowing runaway made it unpleasant because of the long transfer gates. The officials at the transfer gates are somewhat clueless when they saw me bearing a Malaysia passport. Yes, they were talking in a language I don't understand but it seemed like they rarely seen people outside EU. Also, the unbearable flight delays made other flights also delayed as well."

"I booked my flight to go to Italy for a weekend break and to attend a family christening on Friday afternoon.
My flight was 1 hour and 30 minutes delayed and consequently I missed my connecting flight and had to spend the night in Zurich.
I spent the night in the Hilton on a corporate floor with a voucher for the buffet with some of the most unappetising food I have ever seen.
I was very disappointed as I missed most of the event I booked the ticket for as I was flying back on Sunday.
