"The flight experience was really excellent! the crew is very kind and always eager to help!! Yet, regarding value for money rating, I think that the snack could have been more abundant. Perhaps a dessert in between the "pizza" and the exquisite chocolate."

"CheckIn: The queue was REALLY long!! and there was only one for all destinations. Maybe large groups (I flew with a choir & band) could check in all together instead of doing it separately"

"CheckIn: webite on mobile was difficult to use in that checkin data requirements are not sent to me by mail so multiple internet sessions had to be used - and on roaming data charges this was expensive - make an App please"
