"I had a connection flight in Zurich and because my flight from Manchester was late, the connection flight left me at the airport. Besides, my luggage got lost for 4 days and I had to change my ticket in Zurich for one of Turkish Airlines. Now, none of the companies is compensating me for my luggage loss, because Swiss Airlines says it was Turkish Airlines fault, and from Turkish Airlines guilts Swiss Airlines."
