"I used 4 different flight connections with Swiss Airline. Although the cabin crew were friendly and courteous, I found 3 out of 4 flights that I took to have delayed arrivals times. I travelled from Berlin-Zurich-London and returned via London-Zurich-Berlin.
Swiss need to improve their flight punctuality if they are to be considered as an efficient airline."
