"Heathrow was closed for a few hours and the flight delayed. This was not as a result of Swiss Airline's actions, though, they could have been more informative initially as to the reason for the delay initially by 30 mins, then another 30 then a further 30."

"CheckIn: Checkin was great. Despite being told we were reading for boarding after a delay, the first bus had to wait longer. A few of us were told that the cabin crew had gone missing. I think they decided to go to a coffee shop thinking that the flight would be delayed a longer time. Professionally as a customer, I should not have been told this the way I was. The lady at the gate tried to deflect liability for further delay onto someone else, but it ultimately reflected back onto the airline's performance."

"Luggage handling: On the airplane sitting at Heathrow, many of us watched out the window in horror as the young baggage handler took our luggage off the conveyor belt from the plane and literally threw them onto the trolleys. He looked up and saw us watching him but was not deterred. Very poor respect for our luggage at this point."

"Incidents: As described above. The luggage area was a mess. So many late flights all at once and by the time we got through passport control which was a long time, our luggage had been removed off the belt and bags were everywhere. With such a busy airport, surely there should be better policies in place and strategies on how to handle this luggage. It was like a 3rd world country with no experience at handling luggage."
