"CheckIn: From Bangkok, I can check in through Madrid and also and select the seat for both flight. But from Madrid, I cannot select the seat because the officer said the system cannot do that."

"Incidents: The flight from Cairo to Madrid was delayed. Also, the flight from Madrid to Cairo was delayed because Egyptair used the same plane. The problem is many people including me that have a connect flight after that flight. For example, the flight was supposed to land at 9.40 but it was actually landed at 10.30. The connect flight is 11, so people has only 15 minutes to run to a new gate."
